Do you supply the flooring as well as install it?
In most cases, yes. We can source timber, hybrid and vinyl flooring for you, or install product you've already purchased through a builder or flooring store.
Do I need a site measure before receiving a quote?
For anything beyond a rough budget figure, yes. A short site visit lets us check the subfloor, layout and access so the number we give you actually holds up.
What happens if the subfloor needs preparation?
We check this during the measure and factor any levelling, moisture treatment or repair work into the scope before installation starts, not after.
How far do you travel?
We're based on the Gold Coast and work regularly across Brisbane, Ballina and the Northern Rivers. Send us your suburb and we'll confirm the best next step.
Can you work with my builder or flooring store?
Yes. We regularly install for builders, renovators and flooring stores that need a reliable installer for their clients' jobs.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the job, the flooring type and how much preparation the subfloor needs. We'll give you a realistic timeframe once we've seen the space.
What should I do before the installation day?
Clear the area, arrange for pets and family members to be elsewhere if practical, and let us know about any access issues in advance. We'll confirm anything specific to your job beforehand.
